Refund policy

Beltone wants you to be fully satisfied with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

For hearing instruments to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• They were purchased in the last 90 days from the original invoice;
• Include a completed Beltone Return for Credit form; and
• Received by Beltone in the original packaging.

Accessories may be accepted for credit within 30 days of the original invoice, batteries excluded. Consumables, including but not limited to cleaning & care products, must be received with no consumption, use, or tampering.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Exclusions may not apply by applicable law.
